Standard 18" diameter x 30" length (WT-BF-1830) and 24" diameter x 36" length (WT-BF-2436) barrier float sizes that fit existing rod, rope or chain barrier lines. The 0.75" through-tube is resized for all-thread rod, rope or chain to suit your line, with 5/8" stainless rod and 5/8" eye nuts as standard hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes do your barrier floats come in?
Two standard sizes: 24" diameter x 36" length (WT-BF-2436) and 18" diameter x 30" length (WT-BF-1830). The WT-BF-2436 weighs 53 lb with 385 lb submerged buoyancy; the WT-BF-1830 weighs 26 lb with 200 lb submerged buoyancy. We are a custom shop and can build to your spec.
Will a barrier float sink if it is punctured?
Our floats are completely foam-filled with 2 lb closed-cell urethane foam that meets or exceeds United States Coast Guard requirements, so there is no hollow chamber to flood if the hull is holed.
How are barrier floats connected?
Each float has a 0.75 inch polyethylene through-tube that can be resized for all-thread rod, rope or chain. Standard hardware is a 5/8 inch stainless rod with 5/8 inch eye nuts.

What are swim line floats?
Swim line floats are barrier floats strung together on rod, rope or chain to mark a swim area and keep boats out. Our 18" diameter x 30" length and 24" diameter x 36" length floats are built for exactly that.
